A major new centre for social change

Renovation works are due to begin soon on our new building at 18-126 Rue d’Edimbourg, Brussels 1000. Together with some of our future and prospective tenants, we have set up working groups to discuss various aspects of the design process, ensuring that organisations that will be based in this building have maximum input into creating a centre they want to work in.
Based on our successful UK centre model, our new Brussels centre will offer:

- An affordable rent with flexible lease terms
- Well equipped office space for 200 people
- Flexible and supportive property management and IT service
- Shared facilities including 6 meeting rooms, a conference suite with translation booths, social cafe, broadcast interview suite, reception, garden and storage.
- A building of a high environmental specification designed to optimise energy and water use and to encourage cycle and train travel
- A programme to encourage and support co-operation between the organisations in the centre, such as regular talks, e-mail lists, and online information
- The European campaign resource centre: A centre of 10 desk spaces within the centre for use by organisations campaigning in Brussels but based in other countries.
