Behind the frontage of 10 – 12 Picton St you will find The Ethical Property Company's smallest Centre. Sitting on the only Georgian shopping street still in existence in Bristol, the downstairs retail unit has been home to several local ethical businesses over the years (and is now home to Yogasara Studio) while the upper floors offer small offices supporting a range of local businesses and charities.
The Centre boasts a variety of shared facilities including a meeting room, communal internet connection and shower. At the back of the building sits a beautiful Georgian walled herb, fruit and vegetable garden which tenants now help us to maintain as a wildlife garden, complete with resident frogs.
At Picton Street we offer a range of small office spaces best suited for individuals and small 2-3 people organisations, as well as small ground floor retail spaces.
All space packages are fully serviced and allow secure 24/7 access to the Centre.

Office space is available from £362.50 + VAT (£369.50) per month for approximately 20m² or up to three desks.
Our sister Company, Ethical IT, provide all IT and the telephone systems within Picton Street ensuring that any faults or issues with regard to IT or phone system infrastructure are dealt with quickly and effectively.

Tenants are responsible for the payment of contents & public liability insurance, phone calls and use of photocopiers and printers.
Our contracts are really flexible - there is no fixed minimum term and tenants can give notice at any point during their contract period.
The notice period relates to the size of office you rent, and will vary from 1 – 6 months. At Picton Street, VAT of 20% is only applicable on digital data received by tenants. All costs shown are inclusive of services and VAT.
