We are always looking to introduce new services for our tenants. So far these have concentrated on providing office-based services such as photocopying, fax or IT. However we are now looking to develop services that support the further development of organisations.

Examples of the services we are looking to provide are:

• How to improve the environmental performance of your organisation
• Fundraising support
• Financial management such as book-keeping and cashflow forecasting
• Design and media services
• Help with equal opportunities policies

These services can either be provided by us directly or by other organisations we know and recommend.

We plan to package together a number of services we provide, including providing offices, to support particular kinds of groups. For example, the Campaign Service would offer a Central London campaign office with remote access and free phone calls (via voice over IP) to an out-of-London office, Intranet based information services such as news from Parliament, networking with like-minded groups, PR and fund-raising services.

Alternatively the Refugee Group Support Service would be much more focused on organisational development and could offer fundraising support, finding trustees, contacts with education establishments, and an umbrella for joint fundraising applications.

We plan to Identify these ‘service packages’ as part of the market research survey into the social change sector that we are currently undertaking.
