The company already has three new projects in the pipeline. These are:

• The Old Music Hall, a major new centre on the Cowley Road in Oxford, opening in early 2008
• A 1,000 square metre new build extension to Development House, opening in 2009
• A 1,000 square metre centre in Brighton, close to the railway station

In addition we plan further investment in Scotland, Brighton, London, the Thames Valley and Brussels.

We are developing a scheme to provide property to larger social change organisations on a single occupancy basis, offering these groups a cheaper rental, an ethical landlord and an option to buy the property over time.

We are also considering expanding our investment in retail property, in order to support ethical retail initiatives.
