The Environment
We monitor the environmental performance every year and publish the results in our social audit. Each year we set out to improve on last year's results. Current priorities are:

* Reducing gas consumption in all our properties through the fitting of modern condenser boilers

* Reducing water consumption through the fitting of low flush toilets and spray taps

* Reducing energy consumption overall through the education of tenants in energy saving

* Provision of bicycles to all staff to reduce or eliminate car travel

* Development of a green commuter plan at all our properties

* Installation of solar panels at our Brunswick Court property and of a rainwater harvesting scheme in Scotia Works.
