| The
company has grown rapidly since its launch in 1999. We are now looking to
continue and solidify that growth and are planning our development strategy
over the next five years. In that time we hope to:
* Undertake three new share issues with the objective of raising total capital investment of £8 million * Establish twelve new centres, ranging from a central London centre close to Westminster which all our tenants can make use of, to community centres in the inner city areas of Manchester and Glasgow. * Develop our investment in 'cluster areas', concentrated on the principal urban areas of the country. This will enable us to employ and train locally based ethical property developers and managers. * Start a charity to provide support services to tenants and to access further capital for property purchase. * Develop a Joint Venture structure which will enable our tenants to co-purchase our properties. On the longer term we are interested in developing new investment areas such as co-housing schemes. |
