Afghanaid works to improve the lives of Afghans living in the neediest and most marginalised regions in Afghanistan through sustainable development that provides long term solutions to problems that have plagued Afghanistan for years. To help Afghans, we focus our work in three areas - basic services, livelihoods, and emergency assistance and risk reduction.   

Being based in Development House has allowed us to network with organisations that have similar missions in international development and aid.  Along with the networking bonds that have been formed, knowledge sharing has benefited our organisation.

Children of the Andes (COTA) is a UK registered charity dedicated to supporting Colombia's most vulnerable children.  We were established in 1991 and today are the largest UK charity working exclusively in Colombia, where we works in partnership with local NGOs providing education, supporting vulnerable families, helping make communities safer and helping young people build independent and fulfilling lives. We are committed to keeping children safe, defending their rights, and strengthening local organisations in Colombia.
