Over the coming years the company is planning a development strategy that will both build a firmer operational base for the company and continue the steady growth that has been

• Set up new centres in our existing six clusters in order to make them more sustainable.

• Continue to invest in developing collaborative working between our tenants so that they can take full advantage of the opportunities our centres offer.

• Develop an ‘option to buy’ scheme so we can assist organisations in acquiring their own property.

• Undertake a fourth share issue to raise further capital for property investment, most probably in spring 2009.

• Explore the development of the Ethical Property model in other countries, in particular in Belgium.

• Provide our ethical property services, such as property management, energy management, ethical cleaning and ICT, for the benefit of social change organisations that are not our tenants.

• Continue to develop IT provision for our tenants, in particular the development of communal services.

• Continue to support the work of the Ethical Property Foundation, especially in providing property advice to the charitable sector.
