Tom Espley
Finance Manager

After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in London, Tom worked as a Finance Director with Groundwork for two years; regenerating deprived areas in Southwark and Lambeth through community projects focused on developing open spaces.

Tom moved to Oxford in 2006 before starting with Ethical Property as the Finance Manager – where he has day to day responsibility for the company’s finances.
