Philip joined us in March 2008 from a background in emergency planning and crisis management, but more recently has trained as a Domestic Energy Assessor and before joining The Ethical Property Company was providing Energy Performance Certificates to the property industry. Philip’s interests include environmental issues and he is involved with a London-based homelessness charity and Amnesty International.

Philip manages the London and Brighton properties with Peter, Lena and David.
