Cécile Galoselva
Operations Director

With an MBA (Master of Business Administration) from the University of Oxford's Said Business School, Cécile gained eight years of management and business experience in France, Germany, Hungary, the U.K. and the U.S.A., mainly for small to medium enterprises.

Cécile joined the company in October 2004 as Operations Director. Based in Oxford, she heads the property management department, supervises the operational side of the business, and participates in setting the strategy of the company. Currently, Cécile is also concentrating on strengthening the company’s systems, developing staff and working on projects such as an ethical supply chain and two diversification projects.
