We currently own and manage fourteen centres around the country, in addition to managing centres outside our own portfolio, and we have plans for more centres, both in the UK and in Europe, in the near future. All our centres are managed according to ethical guidelines as detailed in our Code of Practice and all tenants are required to meet our ethical criteria. We have two types of centre: Ethical Resource Centres, such as Development House, are usually city centre based . They provide offices for national and regional social advocacy organisations. Community Resource Centres, such as the Durham Road Resource Centre and the Roundhay Road Resource Centre, are mostly located in the inner city. They provide a base for local community organisations, but are also open to members of the local community who can visit the centre for training, advice or education services.
"The Ethical Property Company has made a big difference to us. Without their vision and support Rising Tide would still be working from the corner of someone's living room" George Marshall, Rising Tide |
