Colston Street, Bristol

Our three neighbouring buildings on Colston Street, purchased in the 1980's, offer a unique mix of small offices and shops supporting the local voluntary and creative community.
Their superb location in the heart of the Christmas Steps Arts Quarter provides easy access to a range of local cafés and food outlets as well as the amenities of central Bristol.
The area is historically famous for artisans and creative traders and is now home to more than 100 studios, galleries and workshops - we’re proud that several of these can still be found within our Colston Street buildings.

Streets Alive are national specialists at building communities at street level by initially encouraging street parties and other neighbours’ street meets. Our 10 years of experience has shown that, once neighbours have met, they become more active with each other on issues such as intergenerational relations, social cohesion, children’s play and greener travel.
We offer bespoke training for workers and residents in communities and have been based in Ethical Property centres for 10 years, helping us network in what are great value offices.
