Building and Maintenance Assistant (London) Full Time
Salary: Between £21,861 and £23,861 a year (inclusive of £2,861 London Weighting Allowance) depending on skills and experience.

The role
An exciting opportunity for an ambitious, proactive and practically minded individual to utilise their property management skills within a fast growing social business with multiple properties across London and the UK. You will be line managed by the Building Maintenance Manager.

The Building and Maintenance Assistant plays an important and responsible role within the property management team for our South-East properties, ensuring that they remain well managed, efficient and attractive places to work. Based mainly in our London buildings but working occasionally with our employees in other regions.

The role will play an important part in ensuring that financial information for the management contracts are accurate, timely and robust during a period of change and growth.

The role
We are looking for a Head of Finance to lead The Ethical Property Company’s Finance team, reporting to the Finance Director. The Ethical Property Company is a unique social business, managing commercial property that supports the work of some of the UK’s most dynamic and influential charities and not-for-profit organisations. You will play a significant role in the growth and development of the company.
The Head of Finance will manage all the day-to-day finances of the company, its UK associates and property management contract clients. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong customer service approach to Finance. You should be able to inspire, lead and manage a team of six.

Regional Manager (South East ) Full Time   
Salary: £36,500 - £43,500 a year (including £2,861 London Weighting Allowance) depending on skills and experience

The role
The Regional Manager is responsible for the operational performance of our staff and Centres in the South East- which currently includes London and Brighton. We have nine centres in this region which include office, meeting/conference spaces, a market and 12 studios.
The role will have responsibility for a team of 39 employees, with direct line management responsibility for five employees.
The role also includes responsibility for tenant and customer liaison, setting and controlling budgets, ensuring buildings meet the needs of tenants and building users, marketing and business development.
The Regional Manager will report directly to the Operations Director based in Head Office (Oxford) and also work closely with the Director of Development and the Director of Finance.
As a social business the success of this role will be measured against the regions financial, social and environmental performance. 
This is an important role within Ethical Property, and you would be joining the Company at an exciting time, as it embarks on its new five year strategic plan involving significant growth and diversified income streams.
