Cleaner (London Cluster) Zero Hours Contract
Salary: The hourly rate for this role is £9.15 per hour, in line with the London Living Wage, which is due to increase in April 2016 to £9.40 per hour.
Hours: Zero hours contract, working occasional hours as required. 
Location: London Cluster; you may need to cover at all our London buildings, main buildings; Development House, 56-64 Leonard Street, London, EC2A 4LT and The Foundry, 17 Oval Way, London, SE11 5RR.
Start date: Cover required from 15th February 2016

The role
We are looking for a practical individual to utilise their skills across multiple properties in London, in our Cleaning team. You will provide holiday and sickness cover within our team, with the ability to use your own initiative and work as part of a team. You will be responsible for cleaning of the communal areas as well as office, conference and café areas in the buildings, in line with an agreed schedule. Head of HR and Internal Communications, Full-time
Salary: £32,500 - £35,500 (pro-rated for length of contract) a year depending on skills and experience
Working hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week
Contract: Fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave
Location: Oxford, with regular travel throughout the UK

The role
We are looking for an experienced HR generalist with the ability to handle multiple projects, manage staff and willing to get on with basic tasks as well as senior level assignments. You will be the main point of contact for all HR issues, employee health and safety, and internal communication. You will manage our full time HR Officer as well as our part time Executive Assistant.
 
The Head of HR and Internal Communications will report directly to the Operations Director and will work closely with all of the Senior Management Team, Regional Managers, Centre Managers, and Department Managers. This is a critical role within Ethical Property, and you would be joining the Company at an exciting time, as it embarks on its new five year strategic plan involving significant growth and diversified income streams.

Sales Assistant, Oxford
Salary: £19,000 to £22,500 a year depending on skills and experience
Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday

The role
We have a unique opportunity for a resourceful and organised individual to work at one of the UK’s leading social businesses as part of our Marketing, Sales and Development team. 
Ethical Property has a strong set of social and environmental principles, and we’re looking for somebody enthusiastic, who understands our values and our product, to assist in finding new tenants for our office, retail and workshop space. The new role will be based within our Oxford office, but will support the delivery of activities across the UK and will involve occasional travel.
