Finance Director, Full Time, Oxford based
 
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 a year gross depending on skills and experience
Working hours: Full-time, 5 days, 37.5 hours a week
Location: Oxford, the Old Music Hall, 106-108 Cowley Road, Oxford, OX4 1JE
Closing date: 9.00am on Tuesday 22nd April 2014
Interviews: First interviews will be held week commencing 28 April 2014 at The Old Music Hall, 106-108 Cowley Road, Oxford, OX4 1JE. Second interviews will be held between; 07 – 14 May 2014 at The Old Music Hall, 106-108 Cowley Road, Oxford, OX4 1JE.
 
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a senior role for one of the country’s leading social businesses. We are looking for an experienced and ambitious finance professional to:
  • Join our Senior Management Team
  • Play a strategic role in our growth and development
  • Oversee the financial management of the company and the Finance Department
We have ambitious growth plans over the next 3-5 years and the Finance Director will play a key role in ensuring that we deliver on our strategic objectives. This includes helping us to raise more investment, and continuing to improve our financial performance. 
 
The role requires some travel within the UK and occasionally to continental Europe.

Property Manager, Part-time, Oxford based
 
Salary: £12,480 - £14,400 a year (£19,500 - £22,500 full time equivalent working 37.5 hours a week), depending on skills and experience
Working hours: Part time, working 24 hours a week, with hours split regularly over five days each week
Location: Oxford, The Old Music Hall, 106-108 Cowley Road, Oxford, OX4 1JE

The Role
The Property Manager plays an important and responsible role within The Old Music Hall (OMH), which is Ethical Property’s third largest property and the location of its head office. You will ensure that OMH remains a well managed, efficient and attractive place for our tenants to be based, as well as playing a key role in monitoring our environmental performance. You will be line managed by the Operations Director.
