Streamline Ethical Property Bristol

Ethical Property's Streamline opens in Bristol

Our brand new building in Bristol – known as Streamline – is complete! The finishing touches of this 1930s décor-inspired building were put in place earlier this month, including a moss-covered ‘Welcome’ sign.

Streamline offers tenants light offices, colour coded tea-points, modern meeting space and bright communal seating – perfect for creating a collaborative working environment.

The area where Streamline resides, Paintworks, is home to an eclectic mix of office, residential and food outlets, providing a great place to live, work and play. With park and river walks easily accessed from the site, it makes it convenient to grab some delicious food at lunchtime and go exploring.

Tenants and visitors will be able to travel easily to Streamline via Temple Meads and National cycle routes, with ample bike parking surrounding the building to encourage sustainable travel. The building also benefits from a district-wide heating system and solar panels to minimise our energy use.

David Fells, Centre Manager at Streamline, said "Working at Streamline is a joy – not only is the building fully accessible, beautiful and filled with lots of natural light, but being able to step outside into the peaceful Paintworks complex, or cross the river to Sparke Evans park, means that lunchbreaks are always an opportunity to relax and unwind.”

Streamline provides affordable workspace for organisations with a shared commitment to social change, including charities, community organisations or social businesses. So if you’re looking for space do get in touch or download our Brochure for more information.
