Article in The Financial Times

It has been a busy week for our Managing Director Susan Ralphs. As well as being invited to the Houses of Parliament for a discussion on how the Government can help encourage cycling across the UK, Susan also featured in an article in The Financial Times newspaper. In the article that discusses the benefits of being an unlisted company, Susan shares her views on having a majority of non-executives on the board of Directors at Ethical Property.

The Big Bath Bite

This Saturday Green Park Station will be celebrating the launch of the venue's new food quarter. In a day including live music, food tasting and activities, all members of the Bath community are invited to take part in the Great Bath Feast and meet the new food traders. The event itself is in partnership with Bath Pizza Co. and the Bath Instagram Community.

London Open House 2016

Ethical Property would like to thank all those who came to visit The Foundry and volunteered as guides this weekend as part of London Open House 2016. Throughout the day over 250 members of the public came to see the Centre and heard from the architects who designed the building.

Gay marriage in Bristol

Earlier this week it was announced that same-sex couples will now be able marry at a St Pauls based Church. The Unitarian Chapel, managed by Ethical Property, has become the first Church in Bristol to give gay couples the opportunity to have a marriage service in a religious surrounding.

Wall restoration in Bristol

Recently the property management team at Brunswick Court recently brought in a team of stone masons to fix the damage to an exterior wall and to remove the graffiti. You can read more and see photos of the process on our blog here.

Festival of The World

Tenants at The Foundry last week held an event in the Conference Hall space of the Centre in attempt to bring a little more positivity to the Centre after recent international events. The initiative, which was entirely tenant led, brought together tenants in the building to celebrate the multicultural diversity of individuals in The Foundry and to recognise the incredible work their organisations do across the world.

Cambridge Heath Road

We are happy to announce that The Ethical Property Company have completed the purchase of a new flagship building in London. 244-254 Cambridge Heath Road (Bethnal Green) is the latest building to be acquired by the company. We are working with architects Waugh Thistleton, a leading specialist in sustainable building design, and are currently preparing a planning application to redevelop the site.
